I lead the team building Ema’s AI Recruiter. Before that, built payments platform at Skydo. I work on all things engineering. Before Claudefull stack, React, Java, Kotlin, Python and Postgres, too. After Claudestill full stack, now with a bunch of agents, and more hours with customers. Never changedproduct first. bad UX, slow latency and customer pain all get the same seriousness.

    Built search, evaluation and outreach agents that find the right person out of 160M+ profiles, and leading a team of three to ship them.

    • Built natural language search for candidates: LLMs turn what a recruiter types into a structured Elasticsearch query.
    • Scaled search across 160M+ profiles (1.6 TB) to answer in seconds.
    • Shipped LLM scorecards on Temporal. Hiring time dropped 67%, and it runs thousands of evaluations at once.
    • Built two-way ATS sync (Ashby, Workday, Thrive TRM) behind one interface, for accounts with 40k+ candidates.
    • First on the team to put Claude Code and agent workflows into production, then helped the whole team ship that way.

    Wrote the first line of code. It now moves money for 2000+ businesses.
